Account & Registration
Registering for frekredit is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the page Register, fill in your full name, active email address, Malaysian phone number and create a password. Once submitted, check your email for a verification link. Click the link and your account will be activated immediately. You will also need to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is allowed.
The minimum age to register and use the frekredit platform is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. frekredit conducts age verification during the KYC process and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be terminated immediately without exception.
On the Login, click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Enter your registered email address and the system will send a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder. If it's still not there, contact our customer support.
For KYC verification, you need to submit a clear photo of your MyKad or passport (both front and back for MyKad), along with a selfie holding the document. The document must be in your own name, must not be expired, and all information must be clearly legible. The review process is usually completed within 24 business hours.
No. frekredit allows only one account per individual. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, email, phone number, IP address, or payment method violates frekredit's Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
You can temporarily suspend your account through the Account Cooling feature in your Responsible Gaming settings — options for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days are available. For long-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months), you can activate it from the same settings. For permanent account closure, contact customer support via live chat. Deposit & Withdrawal
frekredit accepts a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX (internet banking from all major banks), DuitNow, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank QR, and direct bank transfer. All methods are accessible from the Deposit in your account. Deposits via e-Wallet are usually credited within a few minutes.
The minimum deposit at frekredit is RM10 for most payment methods. The maximum limit depends on your chosen method and your account verification level. Once KYC is fully verified, your daily deposit limit can increase. You can also set your own deposit limits in your Responsible Gaming settings as a personal control measure.
frekredit withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days. For e-Wallets such as TNG and GrabPay, withdrawals are typically faster and can be completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30. Ensure your KYC has been verified before submitting your first withdrawal request.
Deposits via e-Wallet are usually credited within 5 minutes. Deposits via FPX or bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours. If your deposit has not been credited after that period, please check whether the transaction was successful on your bank or e-Wallet end. If your bank balance has been deducted but your frekredit account has not been credited, contact support with proof of transaction and we will resolve it.
frekredit does not charge any fees for deposits. For withdrawals, no fees are charged by frekredit, but some banks or e-Wallet providers may impose their own processing fees. frekredit is not responsible for these third-party charges. Please check your bank's or e-Wallet's terms for more details.
Withdrawal requests still showing a "Processing" status may be cancellable. Log in to your frekredit account, go to Transaction History, and check your request status. If a "Cancel" option is available, you can cancel it yourself. If the request is already in "Approved" or "Sent" status, it can no longer be cancelled. For assistance, contact customer support immediately.
Bonus & Promotions
The welcome bonus is credited automatically when you make your first deposit that meets the set minimum amount. No promo code is required — the system detects your first deposit and applies the bonus instantly. Make sure your account is email-verified before making your first deposit. This bonus is subject to rollover requirements which can be read in the Terms and Conditions.
Wagering requirements refer to the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling RM2,000 before those funds can be withdrawn.
